Recently, Infinity Dive & Marine undertook a particularly demanding assignment from Maritime NSW: the salvage of the yacht 'Chinook' from the treacherous rocks of Angourie, NSW. 'Chinook', a yacht stranded on the rocks, posed a significant logistical and environmental challenge. The location at Angourie, known for its rugged coastline and turbulent waters, required careful planning and execution to ensure both the vessel's recovery and minimal environmental impact.

We deployed a comprehensive strategy that leveraged our specialized equipment and skilled personnel:

4. Safe Transportation to Harwood Marine Slipway: Once 'Chinook' was successfully freed from the rocks, our team towed the vessel to Harwood Marine Slipway with utmost care and precision. This facility provided the necessary infrastructure to haul out and inspect the yacht.
